Statement jewelry, like chunky necklaces and big earrings, can transform a relatively boring outfit into one that deserves a second look. Here, I chose a necklace with a thick chain and large pendant to help bring my look to the next level.

I love this outfit because there are SO many textures at play. The intricate fabrics on the sweater and coat play nicely against the coated, waxed surface of the leggings. Even though the colors of each piece are very similar, the difference in textures make it seem like there is a lot more going on.
