We have just one more day until this year’s Coachella music festival!! I am so excited to see all of the festival fashion this weekend. I know people are really going to be bringing their A-game. Today, I decided to do another throwback to one of my favorite looks from Coachella 2014. This outfit was so comfortable and had such a laid-back, California vibe. I’m a sucker for the color royal blue so I knew when I found this t-shirt that I had to wear it to Coachella. And these distressed shorts are still one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe.

I first came across The Design Studio one day while on Tumblr. Their jackets immediately caught my eye because of their unique designs and use of faux fur. After I later did more research in to the line, I found out that each jacket is one-of-a-kind and handmade by the mother daughter team that makes up The Design Studio. I could not wait to order one for myself. I love the bright aqua and turquoise accents on this one. I’m hoping to get another pastel colored piece for the summer.

The first time I attended Coachella was back in April of 2014. I really was not sure what to expect from the festival; nevertheless I was more than excited to attend. I knew that I wanted my outfits to have a “rocker” edge to them, as I always opt for the punk vibe over a more bohemian, flower child one. When I saw this picture of model Chanel Iman attending the festival, I knew I wanted to look just like her 🙂 I loved that her outfit was all black, but still very chic and dimensional with her black sunnies, bandana and silver accessories. And this outfit was my take on her look. All pieces were purchased (I believe) from ASOS.
